I am an innovator and entrepreneur by heart. I love change. Not the "corporate sanctioned change processes", but actually being part of driving change. Change of products, processes, business models, or ideas. Having been an innovation evangelist and most appreciated speaker on the topic within Ericsson since being part of starting up our innovation organization within Ericsson Multimedia back in 2006. I have proven again and again that Innovation + User Experience + Thought Leadership is a clear strategy for success. Both for marketing and sales purpose, but also for driving change of the perception of Ericsson - who we are and what we can do.
Currently I am working in the exciting area of web communication and the new landscape of WebRTC, were Internet and Telecom will merge and create new great opportunities. I am the business driver and initiator of the In-Browser Communication concept in Firefox, which we created together with Mozilla. It was the 3rd most visited demo for Ericsson at Mobile World Congress 2013.

In Multimedia I created the Micro Community Toolkit solution that was used by Volvo Ocean Race and by CNN during the US Election 2008.
