one for DIY consisting of security lighting and PIR sensors. Introduced IQ on the Nordic
markets. Listings with all major trade wholesalers and all major DIY chains. From zero to
30% market share in 3 years. Member of the management team. Led the pan Europe
development project during 2006-08.

Novar AB, MD for the Swedish parent company with six subsidiaries.
Consolidated the very fragmented businesses into one business unit. Cleaned up and
organised the company's channels to market. Reduced costs by 25% and turned three years
of loss making into profit. Novar Plc was severely hit by the downturn in the building market
and consolidated all Nordic businesses to one base in Norway. Now trading as Honeywell.
