Annika Wernemans sammanfattning
I'm working as a Production Manager on a site producing surfactant chemicals. The Production Department is responsible for management and manufacturing of surfactant chemicals in batch production 24/7. Main focus is continuous improvements regarding safety, development of people, improvement of production and customer focus.
I have been working with Production more than 15 years now and my educational background is also Production. I have got a MSc mech engineering with focus on the human being interaction. It's the people and the variety of working tasks within a production or manufacturing department that gives energy as well as giving the customers good service and competetive solutions.
Objective: I enjoy working with Production and would like to continue working with Production and Products. I want to work more with the market and customers.
My family and I have been living abroad and at some different places in Sweden. We all enjoy to have interesting work and free time and to keep in touch with our friends. Our boys are 18 and 21 and there is now more degrees of freedom for different work tasks. We are a family looking for opportunities to contribute in the society where we are living at the same time as we want to contribute both to company and personal development.
Regards/Annika Werneman
