I’m specialized in sales and find great interest in optimizing sales organizations and processes. I have worked in many different disciplines of sales stretching from my start as a telephone agent in 1997, to financial and insurance adviser working at branch offices, Sales manager at SEB’s Internet bank and now from June 2011 as Head of Production for SEB:s consumer credits. My current mission is to build up a sales organisation with cross channel functionality and make process improvements.
Me and my brother founded a start-up named HittaMäklare.se in 2006 which we sold in 2011. I worked part time (35% combined with 80% at SEB) at the acquiring company Booli.se during 2011, where I'm also a partner and member of the board.
During my career I have always taken a great interest in finding ways for the organizations to optimize sales whether it's regarding its campaigns, products, organization, sales training or multi channel processes. I have a straight-forward way and am extremely good at breaking down problems and finding new solutions.
I have a B.Sc. in business and economics from Marknadsakademien at Stockholm University.

Booli.se was awarded "Swedens best search site" by Internetworld in 2011.
Booli.se is a vertical search engine and Swedens next biggest search enginge for realty, indexing and mashing up real estate content to provide the user with the most comprehensive and easy-to-find data on real estates. The service was launched late 2007 as a beta. May/June 2008, Booli.se was covering all of Scandinavia, mashing up real estate content from more than 1,000 sources. The company itself, Booli Search Technologies AB (BST), is based in Stockholm with 10 co-founders, whom of which all are working in the company and a growing number of new employees. BST also have 10 external shareholders.

HittaMäklare.se connects home sellers with realtors by letting the realtors submit offers that the seller may choose from. During these 6 years close to a third of Swedens realtors at some point used the service. In 2011 the business was sold to Booli.se, Swedens next biggest market place for realty. Later that year Booli was awarded "Swedens best search site" by Internetworld, where HittaMäklare.se was mentioned as a reason. I worked part time at Booli during 2011 in order to help merging the companies.

Sales manager for SEB's Internet banks and open pages. I was responsible for marketing and selling towards small and medium enterprises as well as investment products for both SME's and private persons. During my time as sales manager we built a stronger relationship between the different departments and divisions that are stakeholders in SEB's online sales and created a very good increase in sales by using cross-channel techniques.
