Began the computer related path as a technical writer and customer support for a swedish firm creating a word processor, which gave very useful insights into the world of computer programs and its users.
Worked as a senior software developer, mostly web based system and e-commerce. E.g. www.bokus.com, the swedish web based book shop. Also had the role of "senior bollplank" ("senior sounding board") : listened, helped and adviced other developers and project leaders in different phases of the projects.

Wrote the manuals, the news magazine and part of the sales materials. Also wrote applications in the program utilizing the more advanced functions of the database and calculation.
Was the sole customer support person, thus an important link between the customers and the development team. Educated more advanced users.
